Interesting facts about Wooffee production

The materials used to make Wooffee toys come from workshops where leather is processed for other products and would otherwise go unused. Thanks to further processing, these leftover materials get a second life and are transformed into sturdy dog toys.

To increase durability, the leather is reinforced with a layer of jute fabric. The toys are filled with fibres made from coconut shells that would otherwise go to waste.

Filling the toys with coconut fibres is done in collaboration with local communities, which helps support local employment opportunities. Quality control is also handled by a team of locals, who ensure that each toy is crafted with care and attention to detail.
