The online returns or exchanges are only available to consumers, i.e. individuals making purchases outside their business activities. This service does not apply to purchases made on a business basis.

- Log in to your account. Not registered? No problem, you can retrieve your order using its number.
- Select the products you want to return or exchange. A different size or color? A completely different product? No problem.
- Check, add notes and the account number where we will refund any overpayment.
- Send us a package – you can use our shipping or any other method.

How and where can I return the goods?
You can return unused goods to us within 30 days. Returning goods is easy. Just fill out the online return form. After filling it out, you will see all the necessary information to return the goods free of charge using PPL. If you want to return the goods via Czech Post or another courier service, please also fill out the online form, then you can send the goods back to us by any service at your own expense. Please send the goods unused and in the original packaging. Thank you!
How long will it take to get my money back?
Once the goods arrive, we will simply check whether they are damaged in any way, and if they are fine, we will refund your money as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the delivery of the package.
Is it possible to exchange returned goods for another product from the e-shop?
Of course, exchanging goods is possible. Go to the online form for returning and exchanging goods and then simply follow the instructions for exchanging goods that are displayed in the form. You will only pay the difference in price, if any, in the event of an overpayment, the form will prompt you to enter the account number to which we will refund the amount. The same rules apply to exchanging goods as for returns. The goods you are returning must be unused and in their original packaging. Thank you!
