Thanks to a special production method, the included herbs are processed in different fibre lengths and thicknesses. Why?

While the ever-growing incisors and molars need a rough fibrous structure for proper grinding, fine particles are important for the caecum, which serves as a fermentation chamber. The specific fibre length is also needed for healthy digestion.

The shape of the pellets is adapted to the specific type of animal for which the food is intended - while rabbits chew in a figure-of-eight shape, guinea pigs, eights and chinchillas move their jaws back and forth.
